"Twinkies are an American icon and they have a life of their own," Redd said, adding that the deep-fried Twinkie concept was being marketed to various state fairs.
The brothers said they sold about 10 deep-fried Twinkies for every deep-fried candy bar.

Of course the best use of a Twinkie is the Twinkie Weiner Sandwich (topped with aresol cheese and dipped in milk).
I think the important thing here is that you re not suing the Hostess company over misleading you about the nutritional value of those Twinkies!
