 Garibaldi biscuit -- Facts, Info, and Encyclopedia article
It followed the recruitment of one of the great biscuit makers of (One of the four countries that make up the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; located on the northern part of the island of Great Britain; famous for bagpipes and plaids and kilts) Scotland, John Carr.
It consists of (Any of various deciduous shrubs of the genus Ribes bearing currants) currants squashed between two thin, rectangular (Small round bread leavened with baking-powder or soda) biscuits - a currant sandwich.
When bought in supermarkets in the UK, they often come in four strips of five biscuits each.
