Certainly fish and sharks are not the same as cows.
It would be quite an issue to leave rotting cows all over the place, so I doubt that it owuld happen like that.
However, just as I don't think sheep products should be boycotted because some sheep are muelsed, I won't get on the bandwagon to condemn the chefs for making sharkfin soup.
